Developer - Mortgage Technology Software


Irvine-based Loan-Score Decisioning Systems, a leading provider of enterprise-class decision management solutions for the financial services and banking industry, is looking for a mid-level developer to help manage rapid client growth. Loan-Score is a dynamic, fast-growing software firm specializing in lending automation, whose clients include mid-size to large mortgage banking firms, community banks, and credit unions throughout the United States. The company is well positioned to complete 2010 with a banner year in revenue.

An increasing demand for software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology is driving the need to expand our development efforts. This position will largely be responsible for all LOS and third party integrations, which is critical to our business. Candidates must be able to work out of our Irvine, California location.

Qualifications

  • Mortgage technology experience is a must. Please do not apply if you don't have.

  • 3-5 years programming in C#, ASP, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Web Services

  • Experience integrating with standard mortgage LOS platforms and 3rd party mortgage applications a plus

  • Knowledge and experience working with MISMO a plus

  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction

  • Good communication skills and problem solving abilities

  • Willingness to learn and be coached

  • Candidate should be up-to-speed on latest development approaches

  • B.S. in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience

    In addition to developing and managing integrations, this position involves working on other projects as well. The position will also work with our technical support staff to take over monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades. A conversion from Windows Services to .NET 3.5, C# is also needed.
